Roasters Thoughts:

“We have a love affection here with Brazilian coffees, they can be so simple and so complex at the same time which is why we love them so much. They always have something to satisfy any mood you’re in!”

Farm Information:

Experience exceptional coffee from Fazenda Pinhal, crafted with passion by our dear friend Pedro Gabarra, a fifth-generation coffee grower. Pedro’s deep-rooted commitment to sustainability has earned his farm the title of the most sustainable farm in Brazil. With each cup, you can taste the dedication and care that goes into every step of the process. As a long-standing supporter of Pedro and his remarkable work, we had the privilege of spending time with him, engaging in heartfelt conversations. Pedro’s passion for coffee is evident in every cup. Year after year, he sends us outstanding coffees that consistently deliver an exceptional experience. We are truly grateful for our partnership with Pedro and the Gabarra family.

Delicious!

A fantastic Brazilian addition to fill the gap left by the Pedro Gabarra (but this one is by hm too?), although quite different from it... chocolate as expected but a fair bit of sweetness too, as well as some other complexities that are beyond my descriptive capabilities!
