Roasters thoughts: “One of the ingredients to our ever popular Apostle blend. It’s such a delightful and easy drinking coffee, we’re fully onboard with this coffee!”
Mantiqueira is located in the south of Minas Gerais, in altitudes between 1,000m and 1,400m above sea level, having mild temperatures between 18 and 20 degrees during most of the year. The region’s microclimate and terroir reflect directly to the coffee quality, adding those gentle citric fruity notes to the coffee. Most of the individual farmers micro-lot coffee’s we offer from Brazil are within this region and it’s the reason we keep coming back!
If you’re not sure which coffee to buy out of our larger selection, this is the best place to start your journey. It’s not an offensive coffee, super smooth and very friendly to all those people who aren’t quite familiar with the crazy tasting notes some of our other coffees have. This would fall under that crowd-pleaser category.
