Brazil – Sao Silvestre – Peaberry (Espresso Roast)

Tasting Notes: Creamy and velvety body showing notes of milk chocolate, vanilla and a delicate mandarin finish. Off the grinder there is also a subtle floral aroma.

Super easy drinking and a definite crowd pleaser!

Brazil is unfairly known for exporting commodity style coffee, but we are working super closely with our Brazilian importers and now have outstanding relationships with the amazing humans who are farming this coffee for us coffee addicts. This is what the coffee industry is all about, supporting the small farm holders and making sure they are paid a fair price from the extra effort they put into their coffees.

This particular farm, Sao Silvestre, was the winner in Brazil for the Cup of Excellence – Natural Process Category which is an absolutely huge accomplishment. We have been working with this farm for the past 5 years and have no intention of breaking that friendship. Keep an eye out as we will be releasing more fresh coffee from these guys in the near future.

Preparation – Roasted for Espresso and pairs beautifully with Milk.

Another brilliant Brazilian coffee

I can easily add this to my ever growing list of favourite coffees from Bonacci!
Being a bit softer than the other Brazilians I find this one works better with milk than some of the more intense coffees (which I much prefer as espresso).
I also tried this using pour over technique and it worked quite well (although I may be shunned for doing this!).

Amazing coffee

My friend owns 1 of Australia's most awarded coffee brands and its good, coffee but this is better.
I chose to buy your coffee instead, that's how much I love your blend.
