Roasters thoughts: “We sampled this coffee to slide into our blend but realized it was too good as a filter roast. So we’ve placed it where it’s going to shine!”
Produced by a group of small holders from the Buesaco region in NariƱo. This small municipality is 3 hours away from Pasto, NariƱo. This regional coffee is composed of 15 growers that have committed to only contribute coffees scoring above 85+ and it’s inevitably produced a fantastic and complex cup.
The NariƱo region is a high growing area known for producing fantastic sweetnesses and complex acidity due to the altitude of being a minimum of 1900masl.
