Roasters thoughts: “Colombian coffees are loved amongst the roasting community because of their versatility, I say versatility because they can tick all the boxes if required, when I’m roasting this coffee I want to accentuate the sweetness while preserving a gentle amount of acidty to cut thru those much loved milk drinks.”

Fresh Colombian coffees have landed and were excited to see a fresh inclusion drop into the roastery. This new coffee by farmer Jose Ordeñez comes from the best coffee-growing region Brusselas, Huila.

The Ordeñez family owns and operates neighboring farms in the Brusselas region and this coffee is a culmination of their efforts. So this coffee is essentially a co-operative within the same family. This is something that sits very well with us because we’re a family run roastery and love to support other families wherever we can.

An exceptional coffee and a brilliant example of a solid coffee out of Colombia. Ticking all the boxes and it’s just glorious to drink.

amazing espresso

i have always bought Peaberries coffe for 12 years now but have ventured outside the box and discovered BONACCI beans, best decision i have ever made

Strong and sweet

Brilliant strong yet subtly sweet and chocolatey coffee. I've tried it a couple of times with milk but I much prefer it as my start of the day espresso.

Colombian espresso

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband. He loves it! Just as described with notes of chocolate and raw sugar. Plus we're supporting family run business in Australia and Colombia.

That’s great news your husband is enjoying it! Coffee is always an easy gift that keeps on giving. (Until the bag runs out)
