Recipe:
HOT
- Add 1-2 heaped teaspoons to a mug
- Pour in 250ml hot milk of choice
- Stir and enjoy
COLD
- Add 2 heaped teaspoons into a mug
- Pour a little hot water to make a paste
- Pour in 250ml cold milk of choice
- Add ice or icecream, blend and enjoy!
