Tasting Notes –
Floral, cinnamon, brown sugar, berry and citrus fruit flavors; juicy, sweet and tart with a smooth mouthfeel. This is one of the most exciting coffee’s we’ve had come thru our doors. You’d probably want to make your own judgement on this soon because we aren’t confident it’s going to last very long!
Preparation – We suggest to use this over manual pour over methods.
Shivikabi Igale is a coffee farm association in Southern Tanzania established in 2009. Today it gathers a total of 340 small holder farmers.
Crop disease is the farmers main challenge, this association has been able to supply farmers with the knowledge and resources to successfully
maintain and grow great coffees disease free. This has led to increased quality and increased output of each farmers lot.
