Kindeng Mill

Transport yourself to the Kindeng Dry Mill, nestled in the Jikawa province of Papua New Guinea. Our exclusive espresso roast is a harmonious blend of the finest cherries hand-picked by over 1500 smallholders in Kindeng and Arufa. The average farm size in this region is 1-2 hectares, with nutrient-rich sandy loam and loamy clay soils. At the mill, the cherries are meticulously processed and sun-dried on raised beds and canvasses, receiving constant attention to ensure optimal moisture levels over the course of a month. Once dried to perfection, the coffee is then stored in a temperature-controlled warehouse, meticulously hulled, milled, and prepared for its journey to your cup.
