Philosophy
At Bonacci Coffee we roast our coffee fresh every week, almost daily. To ensure our customers are receiving the freshest and best coffee possible. We consider our customers a part of our family so naturally we want to see everyone succeed, in order to do this we have to work really hard to freely share our wealth of knowledge to help you achieve your goals, whether it's a successful business or a successful home brew we will help you reach that success.
Our mission is to source some of the best coffee's in the world. In order to do this we need help, and we choose to deal with small coffee importers who have direct connections to farmers at origin. The benefits in doing this are endless, we get contacts with the farmers themselves and all their knowledge, this is why we have so much information on our coffee menu. We also have the piece of mind that we are supporting a small local producer who will be getting paid a fair price for the hard work and care they put into each and every crop. There is a huge problem in our industry of farmers getting paid less than the cost of production which is just terrible, we hope that our decisions to source coffee this way are helping buck that trend and start a new culture of supporting these people.
ROASTING
With 10 years of endless passion in the Roasting and Brewing process of coffee it’s fair to say we are completely obsessed with everything coffee. We as coffee professionals are forever adapting to new techniques and methods to constantly improve our coffee. We have a slogan here Always Better Tomorrow, we say this because we will never rest on our laurels as we are constantly seeking perfection and improvement.
Since we started trading we've been able to snap up a two Silver Medals and two Bronze medals in the worlds largest coffee roasting competition The Golden Bean – Australia, we already knew our product was amazing and we value more than anything our industry peers feedback from other coffee professionals in these types of competitions. Our coffees were able to win these medals due to the combination of ethically sourced coffees, skills acquired within the industry over 10 years and always pushing the boundaries with new and improved roasting styles and systems.
Maintenance
We are quite lucky at Bonacci Coffee because prior to building this business we operated as Coffee Machine Technicians with 10 years of experience in this field it gave us an impeccable bed of knowledge to help share and build new relationships with all of our coffee supply accounts. We are more than capable of fixing and repairing any issue that may arise on your coffee machinery.
We are also able to diagnose and rectify any brew related issues, because we know that our coffee is of the highest quality sometimes mistakes can happen on the café end that may seem to cause issues with flavour, when these situations arise we’re able to resolve most issues over the phone and in some cases a quick repair to your equipment may be required.
